CHARLOTTE AND THE DANGER OF PERCEPTION MANAGEMENT.

Simple question tonight.

Are the law enforcement shooting events in the US being weaponized by the  adversaries of the US?

Short answer. Yes!  

Next logical question how?

As you read this, I must remind you that if you think CNN or FOX are slanted, Sputnik makes the two of them look like professional journalism. As I have stated before, Sputnik is a mouthpiece for the Tsar and there is no arguing that fact. It’s as much a government controlled agency as any news outlet in the old Soviet Union.

So, what is the purpose of Sputnik shaping the story of the events in Charlotte?

Why does Charlotte matter to Sputnik? Simple, because it matters to the Tsar.  If anyone understands the power of social media and just how crafted information can be weaponized, it’s Putin.  He fears social media in Mother Russia and he crushes any attempt to use it against his master plan, but at the same time, he fully supports using it against those who oppose him.

Why does Charlotte matter to him or to any of the other adversaries of the US?

Because it’s easy to take a scripted lie, posted on social media by someone at the scene of an event and support that lie inside the media machine designed to paint Russia in a superior position.

Is this scripted message just for the consumption of those outside the US?

No.

That’s only part of the play.

The real target here is social disruption inside the US.

Are the US’s advisories trying to promote social disorder in the US?

Yes!

Why?

What does the Tsar gain from social disorder in the US?

Before I answer that one, let me give a little history quiz.

What agency was responsible for promoting social unrest in the US back in the 60s and early 70s?

If you answered the KGB, you win the prize!

Back to the answer. A US distracted with internal crisis is far less likely to be proactive in preventing events the Tsar or “others” may be trying to execute. If you wish, you can insert the Dragon and the South China Sea right about here.

Are there events taking place in the US that are giving their adversaries ample ammunition to attack the US over?

Yes.

So, what’s the answer? What’s the counter measure the US can contemplate?

Now, that’s a hard one and at this moment in time, the US has very few options. You see, the US government, like most Western governments, has no real concept of dealing with fabricated stories posted on the web within minutes of an event.

To make it simple again, the US is failing at countering this scripted messaging that is not only taking place internally, but externally.

How much damage is being done to the credibility of the US over these events?

Well, to the US adversaries, the concept is more along the lines of, “Death by a thousand cuts”!

Continuing to paint the US as an unbalanced, decaying nation is a slow process, but it’s a process that is having an impact. 

P.S. I am a firm believer that every law enforcement member in the US should wear a body camera. In fact make them all live feeds you can pick and choose on a website. Show every serious event as soon as you can and then charge those who distort or out and out lie about what took place!

Oh, by the way, for every US Politician or political activist who is demanding “justice”, they should pass a law that says every politician must wear a live feed web camera! Every meeting, every working lunch. If they are “working” then it’s live.

Just imagine if every city councilman, Mayor, Chief of Police, local, state and federal political member had to show everything they talk about or agree to. Now that would be reality TV at its apex!
