WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING

It's easy right now to get stuck on watching the day to day grind of the 'Tunisian Virus'.

Libya is sexy for the media to talk about, but it no longer leads off the news.

Bahrain and Yemen are honorable  mentions right now.

Just not enough blood and violence to keep the media's attention.

Like the song said, "  Get the Widow on the set".

What the media is not doing, at least the Western media, is conducting the follow up work on Tunisia and Egypt.

What have been the results so far of the miracle transformation called the Democratic Revolution?

Most media giants covered the Constitutional referendum that took place in Egypt, or at least they want their viewers to believe the covered the story.

The truth is they looked into this issue about as deep as the Mafia looks into their complaint department; oh ya.. they don't have one!

I would challenge anyone to find a story on any of the Western media sites about what Constitutional Amendments were passed in Egypt?

            How many?

            What did they say?

            Who supported them and who did not?

            What impact will they have to the future of Egypt?

Half-Ass simi professional journalism is the rule of the day in the US.

Let me give you a hint; if the Muslim Brotherhood had a 'Master Plan', and I believe they do, they would be right on track.

Change your groups name; toss some 'moderates' up in front of the left leaning Western media and most of the US population thinks  things are going swell in Egypt.

WRONG!!

OK; now Tunisia!

Let's see, just last week we had three riots between four different groups over about ten different issues.

Ah yes, fledgling Democracy in action; or perhaps social quagmire?

Again, the 'bad guys' and the numbers of groups continues to grow, have all figured out phase one of getting pass the simple minded Western media.

Simply change your name and toss a 'moderate', preferable with a PHD because Lord knows and we all know how smart people with PHDs are in the eyes of the media.

 Academia is the land the Journalist grew up in.

So; as time goes on and the media continues to focus on the next go HD shot of blood and bullet holes, the transformation to 'Democracy'  continues to take place outside the visibility of the world public.

Like any Virus, Tunisia and Egypt can give us a glimpse of where the next mutation phase may take the countries that fall ill; that is if anyone is watching.

I am and this little bitty place call Israel is as well.
