One thing that came to mind, after reading this article was the issue of some people, especially young people, believing Social Media's are conducive to executing the construction of a government.
I 'm not nearly sold on that idea as much as I am on social medias being real tools for bringing down governments.
Bottom line; its much easier to stand out in the streets and scream for 'change' than it is to sit down and build a complex, governmental process!!
